The Caithness Goose Company was set up in 2001, raising a limited number of traditional heavy geese for Christmas. We can deliver throughout Scotland, and will shortly be launching the traditional preparation known as a "Caithness Goose" as already described. This will be available more widely.

The geese are fed on our own production of grass and oats, and all their water is supplied from the natural springs that abound at Oliclett.

To order your Christmas goose, please fill in the form below, and post, with your remittance, or credit card details, to the address shown. Alternatively, you can e-mail it direct, and a bill will be sent, which can be paid by cheque or credit card. Please do not e-mail credit card numbers. These can be posted, sent by fax or telephoned through.

Your free range Caithness Goose is despatched straight to your home by 24-hour courier, and should arrive in perfect condition.
